St James’ Parish Church Hall in Weddington, Nuneaton, had deteriorated significantly and, regrettably, was no longer considered viable for refurbishment, necessitating its demolition. A series of initial sketch proposals were presented to the development committee, who ultimately selected a straightforward and functional design solution.

The approved scheme incorporated a large multi-purpose hall with associated breakout spaces, two additional meeting rooms, a new kitchen facility, and substantially improved sanitary accommodation, including a fully accessible wheelchair-friendly toilet.
