ASSISTED LIVING ACCOMMODATION . POLESWORTH GROUP HOMES, DORDON

This project is one of several undertaken for Polesworth Group Homes Ltd, a registered charity dedicated to providing accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities in the Atherstone area of Warwickshire. The organisation’s objective is to enable residents to lead active and fulfilling lives within the heart of the local community.

Situated within a ribbon of established residential properties, the development was carefully designed to complement the surrounding architectural character and local streetscape. The scheme provides assisted living accommodation for five residents, each with a private en-suite bedroom, together with shared lounge, dining, and kitchen facilities. Additional provisions include sluice facilities and an overnight staff room with en-suite accommodation to support round-the-clock care requirements.

More recently, planning permission was secured for a small replacement office building within the garden area to accommodate four members of staff.
