A returning client commissioned substantial alterations to their recently acquired home, comprising of a large-scale extension, partial garage conversion, and loft conversion. The project was carefully designed to enhance both the functionality and overall comfort of the property for their family.

The development created a spacious family dining room and kitchen, providing generous accommodation for everyday use and social gatherings. Additional elements of the scheme included a new utility room, a boot room with associated sanitary facilities, and a dedicated tack room. As part of the works, the original utility room and a small covered loggia leading to the fuel store were removed. The former kitchen was subsequently reconfigured as a family cinema room, creating a comfortable and versatile entertainment space.

Architectural features such as tall glazed gable windows were incorporated to maximise natural light within the newly formed spaces, contributing to a bright and welcoming environment.
